These tasks also requires me to control my emotional &amp;amp; to balance up my emotion which at first is quite hard to control my tears... But after some times i still manage to handle back my emotion...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what i can really do .... is to have 正面思想 （positive thinking / positive mind）.&lt;br /&gt; Then BE BRAVE to face it &amp;amp; another one is 2.30pm&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#999999;"&gt;23/4- got 1 exam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#999999;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#999999;"&gt;this kind of timetable is super torturing ....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#999999;"&gt;so this can increase the chances of students to taking supp, when student take more supp... the cashier will be more happy to see them...&lt;/span&gt; However, if the carbohydrate intake is higher than immediately needed, liver will convert extra glucose into glycogen and the glycogen will be stored in liver or in muscles. Liver will also convert the excess glucose into triglycerides that can be stored as body if there are already sufficient storage sources. Thus, weight gain will occur for those who are having sedentary lifestyle. Glucose can also undergo Krebs cycle and electron transport system to produce ATP&lt;br /&gt;For athletes, high carbohydrates food is very useful to them. It is advisable for them to eat 2-3 hours before morning exercise which helps to restore suboptimal liver glycogen stores, which aid performance during prolonged exercise. It has a pair of white circle around its eyes &amp; it is slight bigger than the normal monkeys. i replied : "very tough question"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then the next day, i went to ask one of my friend to define what is love ? coz she has been in relationship with her bf for quite long time ago (i forgot how many years ady) .....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;she told us love is where you cant live without him / her.... although u have a thought of leaving him/ her , but you just cant leave that person.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;she also said sometimes after arguments with bf, she will still 抱容 him...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i also agree that 抱容 is very important for both parties... in order to keep the relationship to go on...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;she also differentiate what is like &amp;amp; love to us... like is a temporary feeling ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;initially the relationship will be very sweet..... but after that it will become bitter &amp;amp; suffering... &amp;amp; thats what we called as love...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then i was thinking why want to make it bitter &amp;amp; This is because vegetarian do not consume meats which means their intake of fiber will be high &amp;amp; fat intake will be low.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.) &lt;strong&gt;No meat, no protein ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When plants are taken in combination forms, protein produced is adequate to meet our daily requirements;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comparison of meat &amp;amp; plant based of their nutritional value:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Broiled Steak (6-ounce = 170.1 g)&lt;br /&gt;Protein (g)= 38&lt;br /&gt;Fats (g)= 44&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Salmon (6-ounce = 170.1 g)&lt;br /&gt;Protein (g)= 34&lt;br /&gt;Fats (g)= 8&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One cup of Lentils&lt;br /&gt;Protein (g)= 18&lt;br /&gt;Fats (g)= 1&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vegetable provide healthful fiber and micronutrients, which are not available in meat. Besides bean &amp;amp; legumes, there are a lot of vegetables which provide protein, such as broccoli, spinach, cabbage, eggplant, petai and seaweeds. One cup of cooked spinach provides 5g of protein. Incorporating a wide selection of vegetables in different colours in each meal not only can stimulate appetite, they can also provide excellent health benefits !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.) &lt;strong&gt;Health effects for over intake of protein.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Over intake of protein offers no benefits and may pose health risks. High-protein diets have been implicated in several chronic diseases which include heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, obesity and kidney stones.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;According to Recommended Nutrient Intakes (RNI) for Malaysian, protein intake per day is listed below.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Women (19- 59 years) = 55 g&lt;br /&gt;Men (19- 59 years) = 62 g&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Example of a meat lover's diet&lt;br /&gt;Let’s say in the morning, you take a plate of nasi lemak with a piece of fried chicken.&lt;br /&gt;Then lunch time, you take a beef burger with medium sized French fries.&lt;br /&gt;During your dinner time, you take a plate of fried rice with chicken breast&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total protein intake:&lt;br /&gt;One plate of nasi lemak (230 g) = 9.7&lt;br /&gt;One piece of fried chicken (120 g) = 20.20&lt;br /&gt;Beef burger (104 g) = 12.8&lt;br /&gt;French fries (116 g) = 4.9&lt;br /&gt;One plate of fried rice (392 g) = 28.2&lt;br /&gt;One piece of chicken breast (127 g) = 32.20&lt;br /&gt;Total = 108 g of protein&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As you can see, that person has over consumed protein which has almost exceeded twice the amount in RNI. i will miss my mum's cooking...haha&lt;br /&gt;2. have to buy a laptop&lt;br /&gt;3. have to spent money on rental&lt;br /&gt;4. lazy to shift my things (clothes, beds,&amp;amp; so on.......)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank god.... this coming semester (which will be start today) don't have 8 am class.... yeah... no more 5.30am wake up call....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sighed &gt;.&lt; If you eat vegetables daily, you wont get healthy because you will lack of some essential nutrients from time to time. Therefore, i choose to become a flexitarian which also known as "semi vegetarian". Semi vegetarian is a person who eats less meat than the average person. I take vegetarian meals whenever i have the options.... i dont feel sad or disappointing if i cant eat meat for the whole day... But i will feel guilt if i eat too much of meats... This situation has happened on me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One day, there was a family dinner and my uncles kept on ordered meat dishes &amp;amp; deep fry dishes. i have no choice but to eat it ... After the dinner, i was thinking ..."OMG i have killed alot of the innocence animals" &amp;amp; i felt so guilt.... &gt;.&lt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also feel sad for the Dodo in Mauritius. Dodo was a flightless bird endemic. His mother was very angry &amp;amp; disappointed. She said this to his son : "You are useless person, you should jump into the river".  The river was beside their house. Guess what happened to the child ??  Next day, that child really jumped into the river &amp;amp; died.  After that, the mother felt very sad &amp;amp; regretted for saying these things to her son yesterday...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From this situation, we can reflect that when we got very mad at someone, sometimes we tend to say something very bad to that person. But did u know that sometimes these bad words can stay in their heart forever &amp;amp; they might remember it for the rest of their life... It really hurts &amp;amp; it also annoys.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok can the mouth help people ? Of course it can help. Give you a example that has happened to me.  After a trip to China, my uncle went through my trip photos &amp;amp; gave this comment : May be  she has some hidden artistic talent yet to be discovered.  How would you feel if a good photographer comment this to you ?  Of course i feel happy &amp;amp; it really motivates me to step into the photography world.  After that, i slowly gain passion for photography. he picked up&lt;br /&gt;i asked why u didnt go for lab... he just "hehe" then i said "so we dont have to put ur name in the lab report lar..." he said dun like that lar... then he even dare to ask "today's lab is what time ar..." i was stunned &amp;amp; asked which part of experiment are doing...&lt;br /&gt;then i answer him lor... he said How come your pH is over 7 ady... &amp;amp; kept on asking questions...&lt;br /&gt;i started to get panic ady ... my answer was errrr.... coz i dunon really know how to answer.. &amp;amp;  tomorrow is my presentation day. I  said: "but i already went to the washroom."    And the best part  .. she even went to ask our ex-lecturers the same question... but the lecturers said no. W&lt;/strong&gt;hen my aunty asked the doctor if i need to do operation, my heart was dropping 10 feet below. I was totally stunned by the word. But after he said not need , then only i felt relief. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;After this, i will be super duper carefull when i'm walking .... &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Suddenly this quote comes to my mind.. " Watch &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:6;"&gt;where&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; you're going, Buddy " hrm... i should put it this way "Watch everywhere you're going" . That Musang managed to capture 1 of the kitten and killed it. &lt;img src="http://s.xanga.com/images/censored.gif" /&gt;   I cant imagine how the Musang ate the kitten....&lt;img src="http://s.xanga.com/images/sad.gif" /&gt; argh.. it is so disgusting.. i mean the kitten is so cute..... &amp;gt;.&amp;lt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Before that, I always thought that musang is a herbiovore which only consume fruits...... But i was totally wrong...&lt;br /&gt;i went to surf the net &amp;amp; found out that musang is a CARNIVORA .. they eat small mammals, birds, &amp;amp; so on... They only consume fruits &amp;amp; eggs when they have no other choices....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now  i only  have 1 kitten left. &amp;gt;.&amp;lt;  This evening we went to put the kitten into a box &amp;amp; was far away from their original place. guess what... the mother cat  didn't  turn up to the box whole night. I think she assumed that her baby has already been eaten by other animals. So we have to change plan. Then i kept thinking is it because Mika lost her baby during pregnancy....thats why he dumped Mika...?? or because Hiro was already bored of loving Mika..?&lt;/p&gt;As the movie goes on, the truth was out..... Hiro's friend told Mika that he was going to die soon because he has cancer. Hiro was so selfish... !!! I know it was hard for him to tell Mika that he has cancer &amp;amp; he didnt want Mika to be sad , but in the end Mika will found out in somedays ....This will make Mika more depressed.
