Vegetarian

Do you think becoming a vegetarian is simple as it seems ?

Of course not. If you eat vegetables daily, you wont get healthy because you will lack of some essential nutrients from time to time. Therefore, i choose to become a flexitarian which also known as "semi vegetarian". Semi vegetarian is a person who eats less meat than the average person. I take vegetarian meals whenever i have the options.... i dont feel sad or disappointing if i cant eat meat for the whole day... But i will feel guilt if i eat too much of meats... This situation has happened on me.

One day, there was a family dinner and my uncles kept on ordered meat dishes & deep fry dishes. i have no choice but to eat it ... After the dinner, i was thinking ..."OMG i have killed alot of the innocence animals" & i felt so guilt.... >.<

I also feel sad for the Dodo in Mauritius. Dodo was a flightless bird endemic. But because human found out that Dodo's meat was tasty, they kept on consume it & eventually it became extinction.



Every living creature has the right to stay on this planet !! So dont simply kill them and eat them whenever you like ....
